Can employees mark attendance without GPS?
Yes. Alongside mobile marking with location, employees can mark by biometric, RFID, face, QR code or kiosk, and feeds from an attendance system you already run land on the same record.
What stops someone marking attendance from home?
A geofence around the site, and a location on every mark. The mark still happens, and the exception is visible rather than hidden.
Does it work for employees who share a phone?
Yes. Shared device, kiosk and supervisor marking cover exactly this case, common in security, facilities and construction work.
How does attendance reach payroll?
